Kansas City Chiefs vs Miami Dolphins
Let’s kick things off at the Arrowhead Stadium where the pre-season championship favourites Kansas City fight for their playoff lives against the ever-impressive Miami Dolphins. It’s been a lacklustre season by the Chiefs’ standards. Even then, they finished the regular season 11-6 but were relegated to a Wild Card spot after losing five of their final 10 matches.
Despite this tumultuous form, they will be favourites to progress. This is Patrick Mahomes we’re talking about. On his day, the best quarterback in the NFL, and one that knows how to get over the line when the pressure is on.
The Chiefs will be helped by Miami’s stumbling form. They head to Kansas following back-to-back defeats, including a 56-19 hammering in Baltimore, before losing out on home soil in a crucial AFC East contest against the Buffalo Bills. Of their last six away games, the Dolphins have lost four, all by 7+ points. Their only two wins in this time were against the poor New York Jets and Washington Commanders.

Buffalo Bills vs Pittsburgh Steelers
We don’t see a complete blowout in Buffalo. While the Bills are in scintillating form, Pittsburgh have shown they can hang with the best of them on their day. They come into this matchup off the back of three straight wins, including a recent 17-10 victory over the Ravens.
The Steelers have also performed well on the road. They have won five of their eight away matches. Of their three defeats, only two were heavy, with the other a narrow 13-10 defeat in Cleveland.
Buffalo are on a five-match winning streak, but they have not been blowing teams away. Four of those victories have been decided by seven points or less. Pittsburgh will push them all the way.

Dallas Cowboys vs Green Bay Packers
Again, we’re going against the grain and back Green Bay to be within a touchdown of Dallas. The Packers have won three on the spin ahead of their trip to Dallas, although, these victories have come against the Panthers, Vikings, and Bears. That being said, a win’s a win.
They have also been incredibly competitive on the road. Despite losing five of their nine away matches, the heaviest of these was by just four points, with two decided by two points, and the other a single-point loss.
Dallas have been a different beast on home soil but it remains to be seen whether Dak Prescott can perform under the playoff pressure. Two of their previous three home victories have been decided by less than seven points.
