Four players remain in the men’s singles tournament at Wimbledon 2025.
As expected, Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner, comfortably the two best players in the world right now, are part of the final four.
Joining them are American star Taylor Fritz and the legendary figure of Novak Djokovic, who has won this tournament seven times and is looking to equal Roger Federer’s record total of eight.
Alcaraz and Fritz meet in one semi-final, while Sinner and Djokovic lock horns in the other.
Most tennis fans are expecting a final between two-time Wimbledon champion Alcaraz and Sinner on Sunday, but anything is possible in the most prestigious Grand Slam in tennis!
Below, we’ve provided some more sports betting tips – two for each semi-final – with the latest tennis odds from our website and app.
Let’s begin…
*All odds are subject to change
Fritz vs Alcaraz: First Set Winner – Fritz @ 3.05
Alcaraz was on fire against Cameron Norrie in the quarter-finals, with the Spanish star winning in straight sets and losing only eight games. Fritz came flying out the blocks against Karen Khachanov, winning the first two sets on his way to a 3-1 victory. So it should be a close first set between these two highly-ranked athletes, and we are going to be brave and suggest that Fritz comes out on top. Alcaraz lost the first set against Andrey Rublev in the Round of 16 – and has at times shown signs of weakness at this Wimbledon.
Fritz vs Alcaraz: Total Sets – Over 4.5 @ 3.65
Fritz is ranked number five in the world for a reason. He is a quality operator, one who can push Alcaraz all the way on the famous grass courts at the All England Club. This is the pair’s first meeting at a Grand Slam, with the previous two clashes at smaller events going the way of Alcaraz. So there is not much history to go by, but given the undeniable strengths of both players, we could be in for a last-set decider!
Sinner vs Djokovic: Match Result – Djokovic @ 2.65
World number one Sinner is, of course, the favourite to reach the final following his straight sets victory over Ben Shelton in the quarter-finals. Djokovic had to overcome a spirited display from Flavio Cobolli to reach this stage, and the Serbian will know that tests in modern tennis do not come any tougher than this. But experience counts for a lot in tennis and with Sinner also nursing an elbow injury, we would not be shocked to see Djokovic roll back the years.
Sinner vs Djokovic: First Set Winner – Djokovic @ 2.23
Djokovic started slowly against Cobolli and lost the first set 7-6 in a tie break. He also lost the first set in his Round of 16 tie against Alex de Minaur, which was a 6-1 demolition job. So Djokovic will be eager to get off to a fast start against the imperious Sinner and when the serial Grand Slam winner puts his mind to something, he usually succeeds at it!
