The Supercoppa Italiana begins this week, with four teams in contention for the trophy.

This is a meeting between two sides heavily involved in the enthralling Serie A title race.
Reigning Italian champions Napoli are now down to third in the table following last weekend’s 1-0 loss at Udinese, which was a crash back down to reality following huge wins over AS Roma (0-1) and Juventus (2-1).

But the Rossoneri have collected some huge victories this season, including a 2-1 success over Napoli at San Siro back in September.
And with no European football to contend with in 2025-26, you have to feel that the Milan squad will be far fresher ahead of kick-off in Riyadh, with Christian Pulisic and Rafael Leao two players that Napoli will be very wary of.
Pulisic scored in the aforementioned win over the Neapolitans at the start of the campaign, and the American has seven Serie A goals overall, while Leao has five of his own.
As for Napoli, Rasmus Hojlund – on loan from Manchester United – is likely to be the biggest attacking threat, even with Romelu Lukaku set to make his triumphant return from injury in this tournament.
Hojlund has six goals across all competitions, and with Lukaku likely to be available as an impact option off the bench, Conte’s side have the tools to exact revenge for the September defeat to Milan.
