NBA Results – The Bet777.be Picks

The Golden State Warriors have established themselves as early favourites for a run at the NBA Championships thanks to a scintillating start to the campaign by Steph Curry. The Brooklyn Nets have also found some momentum in the last couple of weeks and 8 wins from their last 9 matches has thrust them towards the top of the NBA rankings.

We’ve taken a look at this weekend’s fixtures and provided you with some tips to help with your sports betting. Make your selections and sports bets at Bet777.be – the best place for live betting and online bets on the NBA results.

Detroit Pistons vs Golden State Warriors

This game features a huge mismatch in the basketball positions shooting and point guard. The Pistons have struggled to score big, failing to register 100 points in 7 out of 12 games. The Warriors on the other hand have Curry at guard, with the sharpshooter averaging the second highest points per game (28.1) in the league this season. Golden State are good value at the summit of the rankings, and they look set for another good week.

Prediction: Golden State Warriors

Brooklyn Nets vs Orlando Magic

After an incredible run of form, the Nets now find themselves in 2nd place in the Eastern Conference. At forward, Kevin Durant has been the most effective player in his basketball position this campaign and tops the points per game leaderboard. Shooting at an incredible 58% from field goals and 42% from deep, 29.6 points per game has seen KD emerge as one of the standout performers thus far. We can’t see Orlando giving the Nets too many problems.

Prediction: Brooklyn Nets

New Orleans Pelicans vs LA Clippers

With just 2 wins from 14, only Houston have managed fewer victories than the Pelicans. After making the 2020 All-Rookie team for his breakout season and standout performances in his basketball position power forward, Zion Williamson’s absence has really been felt by the Pelicans. They face a visit from a Clippers team led by Paul George, with the former Thunder man taking the reins from an injured Kawhi Leonard. Between George and Reggie Jackson, the Clippers should cruise past the Pelicans.

Prediction: LA Clippers

New York Knicks vs Houston Rockets

With just one win this campaign, the Rockets have the worst record in the league. They have lost their last 11 in a row, failing to score 100 points in over half of those games. They will travel to New York to face a Knicks side with some serious scoring power. Julius Randle has been a standout performer, but Evan Fournier and RJ Barrett have both contributed with important points. The Knicks are going through a slight dip in form, but we can’t see how the Rockets can turn things around.

Prediction: New York Knicks

Sacramento Kings vs Utah Jazz

After an impressive start to the campaign, Utah have dropped off in with their NBA results in the last week. Two defeats against Miami and a shock loss against Orlando have left them in the middle of the Western Conference play-offs despite winning 7 of their first 8. We back them to turn things round against this Sacramento side. With last season’s Defensive Player of the Year Rudy Gobert looking set for another good season, the Frenchman is a star player in his basketball position and will play a crucial role in his team’s play-off charge.

Prediction: Utah Jazz

Detroit Pistons vs LA Lakers

The Lakers have struggled to find consistency this season and that has not been helped by the absence of star man Lebron James, who has been side-lined with an abdominal strain. Power forward Anthony Davis has done his best to shoulder the scoring burden, but any team in the league would miss the playmaking abilities and point-scoring dominance of James. In spite of James’ injury, the Lakers have enough quality throughout the squad to beat this Pistons team who have only put together three wins thus far.

Prediction: LA Lakers
