Lorient vs Paris Saint-Germain: Player to score or assist – Desire Doue @ 1.53
Doue has been in red-hot form since returning from a muscle injury. The young forward recorded two assists in the 3-3 draw with Strasbourg, before netting a brace in the 7-2 Champions League victory at Bayer Leverkusen. And to top it all off, Doue scored in last weekend’s 3-0 win at Brest. Overall, he has tallied five goal contributions in the last three matches across all competitions, so this looks like a pretty safe bet. Lorient are struggling at the foot of the table with no wins in the last three and 21 goals conceded overall. Doue and his PSG colleagues could have a field day!
Lens to beat Metz @ 1.49
Lens are the form team in Ligue 1 right now, with last weekend’s 2-1 win over Marseille meaning they are now unbeaten in the last five, recording four victories in that time. In stark contrast, Metz are hopelessly out of sorts, stranded at the very bottom of the table and without a win on the board. Metz have lost four of the last five in Ligue 1 and a goal difference of -20 (26 goals conceded) is hugely concerning. We would be shocked to see anything but a convincing away victory for Lens here.
Marseille vs Angers: Anytime goalscorer – Mason Greenwood @ 1.73
Despite sitting 15th in the table, Angers have been pretty good defensively this season, conceding only 12 goals in nine matches – a lower total than AS Monaco! But keeping Greenwood quiet in Ligue 1 is a tough challenge even for the very best back-lines, with the Englishman already on seven top-flight goals for the season. Greenwood netted four times in the 6-2 victory over Le Havre, and also scored in last weekend’s 2-1 loss at Lens. Furthermore, he has only failed to score in one home league game for Marseille in 2025-26, which is pretty ominous for Angers.
Nice vs Lille: Draw @ 3.47
Two teams with European aspirations and on a run of two consecutive league wins, this has all the makings of a fascinating contest. Nice are four points behind fifth-placed Lille ahead of kick-off, so a win here for the hosts would be massive. But Lille have really caught the eye at times this term, and are fresh from a 6-1 thrashing of Metz. With 22 goals scored, Lille are the joint-top scorers in the division, so this is a huge test of Nice’s credentials. This match last season finished 2-2, and we could see a similar outcome tonight.
