Club Brugge to beat Charleroi – 1.78
Club Brugge will be desperate to get their campaign back on track after a 4-2 home humbling at the hands of Gent last time out. Prior to that game, Nicky Hayen’s men had won four league games on the spin. Charleroi are level on points with the visitors but have endured a rollercoaster season so far.
Genk to beat Mechelen – 1.48
Pacesetters Genk start Matchday 9 with a six-point advantage at the top of the league and mid-table Mechelen are unlikely to halt their winning run. After a slow start to the season saw them pick up just one point from four, Thorsten Fink’s side have been in blistering form. A win on Saturday will make it seven in a row for the title hopefuls.
Standard Liege to beat Westerlo – 2.64
Just a point separates these sides but recent form suggests Westerlo have little chance of leaving the Stade Maurice Dufrasne with a win. A bright start saw them collect nine points from nine but they have not tasted victory since, with two draws and three defeats killing any early season optimism.
Dender and Anderlecht to draw – 3.65
Dender head into this game desperate to stop the rot after back-to-back league defeats. But while the hosts would dearly love a win, Anderlecht are fast becoming one of the league’s draw kings. They have shared the spoils in four of their eight outings this term and the smart money appears to be on a point apiece on Saturday.
Antwerp to beat Beerschot – 1.24
Having won their last two games, Antwerp will be confident of piling the misery on rock-bottom Beerschot. The visitors have picked up just a solitary point so far this season and are on a miserable run of seven straight defeats. With hopes of an earth-shattering upset appearing slim to non-existent, the high-flying hosts may not even have to break sweat on Sunday.
