Jupiler Pro League: Matchday 8 Acca

Jupiler Pro League

All eyes will be on table-topping Genk this weekend as they host Dender at the Cegeka Arena.

After a slow start to the season, the current Jupiler Pro League leaders have won five games on the spin and will be confident of making it six against Vincent Euvrard’s men.

Ahead of Matchday 8, we have pulled together an acca that could return just under €140 from a €5 stake with a 5% boost.

Once you have checked out our four selections, be sure to take a look at all the latest Pro League odds.

And do not forget that we offer a wide range of live betting markets to further enhance your matchday experience.

Charleroi to beat Anderlecht – 3.45

With just goal difference separating Charleroi and Anderlecht, this one is hard to call. But recent results suggest that not even home advantage will be enough to give Brian Riemer’s side the edge. Anderlecht have picked up just two points from their last three league games and slipped to a 2-0 home defeat against Genk last time out. Charleroi, on the other hand, have won two of their last three league outings.

Club Brugge to beat Gent – 1.50

A disappointing start to the campaign saw Club Brugge pick up just a solitary point from their first three Pro League games. But they have bounced back with four successive victories and should be able to see off mid-table Gent without too many problems. The visitors had to juggle Europa Conference League qualifiers with their Pro League commitments but successfully managed to book a place in the group stage.

Mechelen and Cercle Brugge to draw – 3.47

Both sides here will be determined to secure maximum points but we believe they will have to settle for a draw. Mechelen have won two of their last three league games and the form book suggests they are favourites to win in front of their own fans. But Cercle Brugge desperately need to stop the rot after successive defeats and will be happy to claim a share of the spoils.

Genk to beat Dender – 1.48

Genk are on a fine run and will really fancy their chances of seeing off Dender. The goals have flowed in recent weeks and star striker Tolu Arokodare has netted five in his seven league outings this term – which is seriously impressive form. Dender will be no pushovers but the fact they have lost two of their last three games suggests the visitors are unlikely to cause an upset.
