Hans Vanaken to score anytime for Club Brugge vs Zulte Waregem @ 3.53

Veteran playmaker Vanaken is in a rich vein of form ahead of Club Brugge’s visit to newly-promoted Zulte Waregem. The midfield maestro has scored in each of his side’s last two matches, the 2-0 win over city rivals Cercle Brugge and the 3-2 home victory vs Red Bull Salzburg on Tuesday – which secured Club Brugge’s spot in the Champions League play-offs. When a player is on a hot streak, it is wise to seek value in their odds – and we really like the look of Vanaken’s here! The 32-year-old has hit double figures for goals in seven of the previous eight Pro League seasons.

Mechelen to beat Gent @ 1.96

Mechelen have been something of a surprise package at the start of the new season, with back-to-back wins over Club Brugge – the shock result of the campaign so far – and Westerlo moving them up to fourth in the table. Gent have found the going far tougher in the early stages, with defeats to STVV and USG either side of a win over La Louviere leaving them 10th. So this is a big match for both teams and we expect a very close contest. But with home advantage, in-form Mechelen are our pick to emerge as winners.

Anderlecht to beat Dender @ 1.96

Anderlecht enter this fixture on the back of a surprise 3-2 home defeat to Zulte Waregem, a result which caught pretty much every fan of Belgian football off guard. Anderlecht had looked impressive up until Matchday 3, winning their first two matches and scoring seven goals in the process. A return to form is the order of the weekend for Besnik Hasi’s side – and Dender could be viewed as an ideal opponent. Dender are three matches without a win, suffering a 2-0 defeat at STVV last time out. Over to you, Anderlecht.

Ryotaro Ito to score anytime for STVV vs La Louviere @ 3.21

Japan international Ito has enjoyed a superb start to the 2025-26 campaign. The 27-year-old has scored in all three of STVV’s matches thus far and is joint-top of the scoring charts. And Ito will surely fancy making it four in four, despite the fact La Louviere picked up a crucial 1-0 victory over Charleroi on Matchday 3. STVV have won their last four home matches in the Pro League, which bodes well for this selection. STVV are at short odds of 1.69 to claim the victory, hence why we are seeking value in another goal from an in-form attacker!
