Jupiler Pro League 2025/26: Matchday 24 Betting Tips

The first full weekend of February treats us to Matchday 24 of the Jupiler Pro League campaign.

As we approach the end of the regular season, with each side having only seven games left to play, pressure levels are increasing up and down the country.

The battle for the Championship Round places continues to heat up, while teams are fighting to avoid being drawn into the relegation skirmish.

An incredible few weeks of Belgian football action await us, and here are our Matchday 24 sports betting picks based on the latest Pro League odds.

Westerlo vs STVV: Both teams to score – Yes @ 1.60

STVV’s run of four consecutive Pro League wins came to an end last weekend with a 2-0 home defeat vs Charleroi. In contrast, Westerlo’s three-game winless run was halted courtesy of a crucial 1-0 victory at Zulte Waregem. So picking a victor between these two sides on Matchday 24 is pretty difficult, which makes the BTTS market a safer option – on paper at least. STVV’s last three away matches have seen both teams find the back of the net, while this selection has landed in three of Westerlo’s previous six Pro League encounters. September’s clash finished 3-0 in Westerlo’s favour, but we would be surprised to see a repeat scoreline this weekend.

Zulte Waregem to beat Dender @ 2.21

Zulte Waregem’s loss to Westerlo has left them perilously close to the Relegation Round places, sitting just two points ahead of 13th-placed La Louviere. So the team needs to start picking up victories to avoid slipping into the dreaded zone, and this weekend presents a perfect opportunity to do just that. Dender remain rock bottom of the Pro League, winning just one of the previous six matches. A 2-1 home loss to Genk last weekend was a damaging blow, and one we think Dender will struggle to recover from at Zulte Waregem.

Gent to beat OH Leuven @ 2.03

Gent drew 1-1 at La Louviere last time out, but their unbeaten run has been stretched to four matches following three straight wins prior. Now sitting fifth and inside the Championship Round places, the tide appears to have turned for Gent. And a home match against OH Leuven should have the team licking their lips in anticipation. Leuven are on a five-match winless run, drawing 2-2 with Mechelen on Matchday 23. They have also lost each of the last two matches on the road, while Gent’s recent home games saw them beat Westerlo (2-0) and Anderlecht (4-2). Another victory beckons here.

Club Brugge vs Standard Liege: Total goals – Under 2.5 @ 2.35

A Club Brugge response is required this weekend following the 1-0 loss at table-toppers Union Saint-Gilloise. Now five points behind the leaders, Iven Leko’s side need a big victory here, especially with Champions League play-off commitments on the horizon. But that may not be the easiest of tasks against a Standard side who are formidable opposition on their day. A 2-0 win over Anderlecht last time out is yet more proof of that, so this should be a challenge for Club Brugge. As such, we are predicting a low-scoring match in Bruges.
