Kortrijk vs Club Brugge
After parting ways with manager Scott Parker, Club Brugge got back to winning ways with an important 2-0 win over St. Liege, keeping them in the top four by a single point. The champions will be look to pick up back-to-back wins for the first time since October when they face Kortrijk this weekend.
Only Seraing have accumulated fewer points on home soil than Kortrijk this campaign, who have won just once in their last eight as they prepare to host Brugge. Kortrijk have not won a game against the Club Brugge since 2016 and have lost 10 of the 12 meetings since. The visitors could be experiencing a new manager bounce and Kortrijk may suffer as a result.
Club Brugge to win – 1.71
Oostende vs Westerlo
These are brilliant odds for a top four-chasing Westerlo side to beat a relegation-threatened Oostende. Westerlo have won three of their previous four games and have lost just once in eight matches. Their Jupiler Pro League 2023 campaign is going incredibly well and they will be hoping to heap the pressure on those above with another three points on Saturday.
Oostende are four points adrift of safety and have won only one of their last 13 league games. Despite scoring four goals against Eupen last time out, they were unable to claim all three points. Their 61 goals conceded ranks them as the second worst defence in the division and they will struggle to contain a free-scoring Westerlo attack.
Westerlo to win – 2.26
Standard Liege vs Waregem
Despite losing against Club Brugge on Jupiler Pro League 2023 matchday 29, Liege will be expected to bounce back when they face Waregem this weekend. The hosts remain just four points away from the Championship Group places and could capitalise on any slip-ups from Westerlo, Gent and Club Brugge. The hosts have won three of their previous four home games, while Waregem have lost five of their last seven on the road.
The visitors are winless in 10 in all competitions. They have conceded 10 goals in two games ahead of this meeting and have kept two clean sheets in the league all season. St. Liege were comfortable 3-0 winners in the reverse fixture earlier this campaign and will be firm favourites to claim another three points on matchday 30.
Standard Liege to win – 1.68
