The Europa League semi-finals are firmly tilted in favour of the Premier League sides ahead of Thursday’s second legs.
Manchester United are 3-0 up after a sensational victory at Athletic Bilbao, while Tottenham lead 3-1 in their tie after a morale-boosting home win over Bodo/Glimt.

Bilbao need to score in the first half to stand any chance of a comeback – and you would not put it past the likes of Nico or Inaki Williams to deliver. However, the Spanish side are almost certain to leave gaps to exploit in defence, such is the need to find goals. United’s attack can look to take advantage and kill the tie in the opening 45 minutes, hence why we are tipping a goal-filled first half in Manchester.

Hogh is the joint-top scorer in the Europa League with seven goals and a lot of pressure will be on his shoulders in Norway. We will see something close to Bodo/Glimt’s strongest XI and as such, Hogh may have a major role to play in the second leg.
