The thrill of the Europa League is back for a second consecutive week, but this time there’s everything on the line in the play-off second legs.

So, read on for our picks from the upcoming Thursday action and if you fancy a football bet on this week’s Europa League, do not forget that there is a range of live betting odds and markets to get closer to the beautiful game!

*All odds are subject to change

Artem Dovbyk to score and Roma to win @ 3.54

After a cagey 1-1 draw in Porto, the Stadio Olimpico hosts the all important second leg. Roma took an early lead last week, but the sending off of Bryan Cristante cost them dearly.

Roma showed quality last time, especially going forward, with a focal point likely to be striker Artem Dovbyk. The powerful forward has 13 goals in all competitions this season and supplied by the likes of Paulo Dybala and Lorenzo Pellegrini, chances will not be scarce for the big Ukrainian. We’re backing Roma to get the job done and Dovbyk to score anytime.

Galatasaray to win and Victor Osimhen to score @ 2.20

Galatasaray were on the wrong end of a 4-1 thrashing last week, where AZ Alkmaar showed their class. Gala need to pull off a miracle this time around and goals are the No1 priority. The main source of them for the Turkish side is Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen.

He has five goals in six Europa League matches and will spearhead Galatasaray’s attack on Thursday evening. Even a win may not secure their survival and as such, we would be quite shocked if they progress. But we still think Gala will win the second leg, with Osimhen on the scoresheet!

Ajax vs Union Saint Gilloise: Both teams to score and over 2.5 goals @ 2.90

Ajax will take to the pitch 2-0 up after a fantastic showing in Belgium last week. The Amsterdam club should feel confident they can hold onto their lead, but one goal from USG could change the tone of the entire tie.

A hard-fought battle is exactly what USG want, with their aim to trouble Ajax as much as possible. The top of the Jupiler Pro League is tight at the moment, so USG are used to fighting every week. With that in mind, both teams to score and over 2.5 goals seems a great bet to us.

Anderlecht to beat Fenerbahce @ 2.70

Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbahce secured a huge 3-0 win in Istanbul last week, but the Special One will want no slip ups in Belgium as they aim for a smooth ride. European football veterans Edin Dzeko, Dusan Tadic and Youssef En-Nesyri were all on the scoresheet in the first leg as the Turkish side put one foot in the last 16.

After a tough week of Croky Cup action and big league games, fatigue was evident in the Anderlecht ranks and it cost them dearly. But David Hubert’s side will not give up and we think Fenerbahce may get complacent with their lead. And while Anderlecht may not complete the upset, they could win the second leg!
