Tottenham to beat Hoffenheim @ 2.17

After a rough week in domestic competition, Tottenham will be hoping for a big pick up in form as they take to European action once more. Sitting 9th in the League Phase, three points are vital in their bid for automatic qualification. And with mounting pressure on manager Ange Postecoglou, it may be a formative game on how the rest of their season looks. Hoffenheim, however, will not be a pushover and Spurs may be in for a shock if they are expecting an easy victory. But even so, we think the out-of-sorts Premier League side have the necessary qualities to take home all the points.

Manchester United to beat Rangers @ 1.41

In the past, this game could have easily been a European Cup final and it remains a massive rivalry. Seemingly out of the title race in the Scottish Premier League, Rangers will now turn to the Europa League as a source of silverware. They are on track to complete an automatic qualification campaign, as long as they can maintain their form through the two last matchdays. But in the way are Manchester United. Similarly eligible for automatic progression as things stand, the Red Devils will be keen to cement their position with a win at Old Trafford on Thursday. But as Ruben Amorim’s team continues to struggle, who can tell how they’ll look. Although, we are still predicting a return to winning ways after last weekend’s home defeat to Brighton.

Lazio vs Real Sociedad to end in draw @ 3.19

To many people’s surprise, Lazio currently find themselves top of the Europa League table and all but confirmed to continue to the competition’s latter rounds. But the Romans are here by no fluke and have looked incredibly impressive so far. This week they’ll face a Sociedad side that are as determined as they are talented. Both sides can be extremely dynamic and we’re expecting a stunning match for the neutral. And due to the quality on show, this entertaining contest may very well end with the points shared.

Porto to beat Olympiacos @ 1.58

The slots to qualify for the play-off stage are currently extremely tight, and two teams that are part of this fierce battle are Porto and Olympiacos. At 18th and 15th respectively, they desperately need wins to avoid the threat of elimination, placing even further emphasis on the outcome of this one. It’s set to be a cagey game and a real tough one to call, but with home advantage and an array of talented forwards, Porto should have enough to get the job done and subsequently leapfrog Olympiacos in the standings.
