We are now in the Third Round of qualifiers for the 2025-26 Champions League, with 10 exciting two-legged ties commencing over the next two days.
The second legs will be played next week – and this round sees the entrance of Jupiler Pro League side Club Brugge.
Nicky Hayen’s team will take on Red Bull Salzburg, which is anything but an easy assignment for the reigning Croky Cup champions.
Of course, Club Brugge feature in our latest round of sports betting online tips for your football bets, all focused on this week’s Champions League action.

Rangers to beat Viktoria Plzen @ 2.03
After an excellent 3-1 aggregate win over Panathinaikos in the previous round, Russell Martin’s Rangers began their Scottish Premiership campaign in underwhelming fashion, drawing 1-1 away at Motherwell. But European nights at Ibrox usually bring the best out of the team, so we are still tipping the Glasgow side here. Plzen have won their first two competitive away matches of the season by an aggregate score of 2-8 (1-5 vs FK Pardubice, 1-3 vs Servette), however, Rangers represent a step up in class. As such, the visitors may have to produce a comeback on home soil next week.
Jhon Duran to score anytime for Fenerbahce vs Feyenoord @ 2.73
Duran is now playing under Jose Mourinho in Istanbul following a short stint at Al-Nassr. The Colombian striker started in Fenerbahce’s last friendly match against Lazio, and also netted a brace off the bench in a 4-0 pre-season win vs Al-Ittihad on July 23. Mourinho will look to his new attacking weapon to strike a decisive blow away at Feyenoord, which would set the tie up perfectly for Fenerbahce. Duran should play a significant role either from the start or off the bench, and his record of 12 goals in 18 matches for Al-Nassr in 2024-25 is even more reason to eye up this selection.
Red Bull Salzburg vs Club Brugge: Both teams to score – Yes @ 1.57
Club Brugge are something of a wounded animal heading to Austria after a 2-1 defeat at Mechelen last weekend. Hayen’s men need to try and bounce back in style, though Salzburg are not exactly in the best of spirits either following a 2-2 draw at Ried on Matchday 1 of the new Austrian Bundesliga season. But that result was the third time the BTTS market has landed in matches featuring Salzburg this season. Thomas Letsch’s side followed up a 4-1 victory at Brann with a 1-1 draw in the previous round of these qualifiers. All three of Club Brugge’s official matches in 2025-26 have seen both teams score, so this looks a pretty safe bet.
Vangelis Pavlidis to score anytime for Benfica vs Nice @ 2.46
Pavlidis was Benfica’s top scorer last season with 30 goals in 57 appearances. And the Greek striker has started 2025-26 in superb fashion, netting the only goal in his side’s 1-0 win over Sporting Lisbon in last Thursday’s Supertaca final. Furthermore, Pavlidis has a pretty good record in Champions League fixtures, netting seven goals in his 12 previous appearances. In fact, the former AZ Alkmaar man has scored six times in his last six matches in Europe’s top-tier competition!
