The Champions League is back – and we have some amazing games on the schedule this week.
Across Tuesday and Wednesday evening, 16 teams will begin their quests for a spot in the real knockout stage.
It is do-or-die for some of the continent’s biggest and most successful clubs, including holders Paris Saint-Germain, record winners Real Madrid, last season’s finalists Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid.
We cannot wait for the first-leg action to get underway, and here are our sports betting online picks for this week’s games, all featuring the latest Champions League odds.

Galatasaray vs Juventus: Both teams to score – Yes @ 1.70
Galatasaray are a hard team to stop in Istanbul. In fact, the Turkish Super Lig leaders have scored 12 goals in their previous three home games, including a 5-1 win on the weekend. So the size of the task at Juve’s feet in this first leg is clear for all to see, though Luciano Spalletti’s side certainly possess the quality to make it a real contest. Juve lost 3-2 at Inter Milan on the weekend in yet another fascinating Serie A clash, and also have a recent 4-1 win at Parma. With striker Jonathan David in good form, we are backing Juve to join the hosts on the scoresheet in this one.
Benfica vs Real Madrid: Kylian Mbappe to score 2+ goals @ 3.70
Real Madrid coach Alvaro Arbeloa has confirmed that Mbappe is fit enough to start in Lisbon – which is ominous news for Benfica. The Frenchman scored twice when the two sides met on Matchday 8, albeit in a dramatic 4-2 win for the hosts – which secured their spot in this round! Overall, Mbappe has 13 goals in just seven Champions League appearances this season, a quite ridiculous record that we can only see him extending here. Even with the pragmatic Jose Mourinho at the helm, Benfica have kept just two clean sheets in the previous six matches.
Borussia Dortmund to beat Atalanta @ 2.02
Dortmund lost 2-0 at home to Inter Milan on Matchday 8, but form at Signal Iduna Park in the Bundesliga of late has been superb. Last Friday’s 4-0 win over Mainz made it five consecutive top-flight home wins for BVB. So at slightly better than evens, this could be a great selection to help boost those odds in a combo bet. Atalanta won 2-0 at Lazio on the weekend, but failed to win either of their two previous away games vs Como (0-0) and Union Saint-Gilloise (1-0).
AS Monaco vs Paris Saint-Germain: Anytime goalscorer – Ousmane Dembele @ 1.99
PSG lost 3-1 at Rennes on the weekend, but current Ballon d’Or holder Dembele at least continued his fine form in front of goal. The mercurial forward has struck six times in the last six Ligue 1 games, and he also has a fantastic record against Monaco. In nine previous appearances, he scored a whopping seven goals, including two braces in the 2024-25 campaign. Of course, Monaco are on a decent run at home following wins over Rennes (4-0) and Nantes (3-1), but stopping an in-form Dembele is a hard task for any defence.
