Champions League Matchday 3 Acca

Champions League football is back on the menu this week and Matchday 3 has served up some delicious fixtures.

After two rounds of games, seven sides still boast 100% records in the revamped group stage.

Table-topping Borussia Dortmund tackle Real Madrid in what could be a cracker at the Bernabeu, while fellow pacesetters Brest and Bayer Leverkusen collide at the Stade du Roudourou.

Both of those games feature in our expert tipster’s acca, which could return a tidy little sum from a 5 stake with an 8% boost.

But before you check out the five picks and consider placing a football bet, do not forget we offer live betting on each and every Champions League tie.

Whether you are interested in placing a wager before or during a game, Bet777 have you covered with markets galore at your fingertips.

AC Milan to beat Club Brugge – 1.46

AC Milan have had a rollercoaster start to the season and have yet to pick up a single point in the Champions League. But after defeats to Liverpool and Leverkusen, Paulo Fonseca’s men will be desperate to get off the mark against Club Brugge. The visitors have fared slightly better than their hosts in Europe, with three points secured in a 1-0 win at Sturm Graz, but the San Siro faithful will expect nothing less than a home success.

Aston Villa to beat Bologna – 1.60

Aston Villa are enjoying every minute of their European adventure and Unai Emery’s men will be confident of picking up a third win when they host Bologna. Villa, who have also made an impressive start in the Premier League, have already won 3-0 at Young Boys and edged Bayern Munich 1-0 at Villa Park. In total contrast, Bologna have only won once in all competitions so far this season. And last month’s goalless draw against Shakhtar Donetsk is now little more than a distant memory after a 2-0 defeat at Liverpool on Matchday 2.

Borussia Dortmund to beat Real Madrid – 5.80

Backing a team to go to Madrid and beat Real will always be a gutsy move. But Dortmund won 3-0 at Club Brugge in their opening game and then hammered Celtic 7-1 at home. Real, on the other hand, slipped to a 1-0 defeat at Lille on Matchday 2 after kicking off their campaign with a 3-1 win over Stuttgart. Carlo Ancelotti’s men have been more impressive in La Liga than the visitors have in the Bundesliga but they need to carry that consistency into Europe.

Bayer Leverkusen to beat Brest – 1.45

With both teams on six points, this is a slightly tough one to call. But while Brest’s form in Europe has been faultless, with wins over Sturm Graz and Salzburg, they have already been beaten four times in Ligue 1. And while they have home advantage in their favour, Eric Roy’s men will not relish a visit from in-form Leverkusen. In addition to hammering Feyenoord 4-0 and beating AC Milan 1-0, the German champions have only lost once in the Bundesliga this term.

Bayern Munich to beat Barcelona – 2.68

With the exception of that defeat at Villa Park, Bayern have excelled under new boss Vincent Kompany. Harry Kane continues to score goals for fun and Kompany’s men head into European action sitting proudly at the top of the Bundesliga. Kane netted a staggering four times in the 9-2 demolition of Dinamo Zagreb in September and Bayern will be desperate to beat Barcelona. The hosts opened their Champions League campaign with a 2-1 defeat at Monaco before putting five past Young Boys. They will not find it as easy against a revitalised Bayern.
