Champions League 2025/26 Last 16: Second Leg Betting Tips

Jupiler Pro League: Championship Play-off Preview

The last 16 of the 2025-26 Champions League ends this week and plenty of the ties are on a knife edge.

Of course, some sides already have one eye fixated on the quarter-finals before the second legs, namely Bayern Munich – who thrashed Atalanta 6-1 last week.

But while some ties are heavily weighed in one team’s favour ahead of kick-off, it is always wise to remember that in the Champions League, a comeback of any proportion is possible!

So, check out our latest round of sports betting online tips based on the Champions League odds.

Bodo/Glimt to beat Sporting Lisbon @ 4.75

We are starting with a bit of a wildcard pick, though the odds on offer here are tremendous. Bodo/Glimt lead 3-0 in this tie, and the Norwegian side are quickly becoming the talk of European football. Their two previous away matches in this competition saw them beat Atletico Madrid (1-2) and Inter Milan (1-2), scalps any team would be proud of. So while Sporting are a very strong side on home soil, we are backing Bodo/Glimt to upset the applecart once again in the Champions League, with the hosts’ need to chase the game perhaps proving to be their downfall.

Chelsea vs Paris Saint-Germain: Anytime goalscorer – Joao Pedro @ 2.38

Chelsea face an almost impossible task in their second leg. The Blues lost 5-2 at PSG last week, and the French side were afforded a weekend off by the FFF to fully prepare for this match. That being said, we still fancy Chelsea to make a real game of it, with PSG conceding two or more goals in four of their last six matches. So looking for value in a home goal looks the way to go, and Pedro fits the bill perfectly. The Brazilian is Chelsea’s leading scorer with 18 strikes across all competitions, and he can put PSG’s struggling defence to the sword here.

Liverpool vs Galatasaray: Draw @ 6.50

Another selection with fairly high odds. Liverpool lost 1-0 at Galatasaray last week, and then followed that result up with a dismal 1-1 draw with wounded Tottenham at Anfield. Arne Slot’s men are a shadow of the team from last season, and Gala should really fancy their chances of springing a surprise on Merseyside. The Turkish giants are on a five-match winning streak across all competitions following a 3-0 victory over Istanbul Basaksehir last Saturday. A draw is certainly achievable for the visitors here, and offers a route to some serious betting value.

Tottenham vs Atletico Madrid: Anytime goalscorer – Richarlison @ 2.80

Richarlison played like a man possessed at Anfield last Sunday. The Brazilian scored Spurs’ equaliser and recorded four shots on target. Igor Tudor will look to him for more inspiration on Wednesday evening, as the North Londoners look to recover from a 5-2 thrashing in the first leg. And Atleti’s recent away record should give Spurs – and Richarlison – plenty of hope. Diego Simeone’s side have won just one of the last four on the road, conceding three goals in three of those games. Over to you, Richarlison!
