Liverpool to beat Crystal Palace – 1.52

The Premier League continues to dish up must-see matches and Liverpool’s trip to Selhurst Park could be another sizzler. With new boss Arne Slot at the wheel, the Merseyside outfit are top of the table after winning five of their first six league outings. In contrast, Crystal Palace have endured a miserable start to the season. With just three points from a possible 18, the Eagles have yet to pick up a victory in the top flight. Barring a miracle, they stand little chance of changing that against the Reds.

Everton to beat Newcastle – 3.18

Everton boss Sean Dyche finds himself in the familiar position of being under intense pressure after a disappointing start to the season. But last weekend’s 2-1 win over Palace lifted the gloom at Goodison and Dyche will bank on the feelgood factor carrying his side to victory against Newcastle. The Magpies have been beaten just once in the league but the fact that defeat came on the road will not be lost on Eddie Howe ahead of the trip to Merseyside.

Barcelona to beat Alaves – 1.59

After winning their opening seven games, La Liga leaders Barcelona were brought crashing down to earth by a 4-2 defeat at Osasuna last weekend. Hansi Flick’s men will be desperate to bounce back and mid-table Alaves could find themselves on the receiving end. Back-to-back defeats have left the hosts licking their wounds and it would take a brave man to bet against them managing to avoid a third successive loss.

Bayern Munich to beat Eintracht Frankfurt – 1.50

With just a point separating these sides, this game could easily go either way. But Vincent Kompany has revitalised Bayern Munich after their struggles last season and a win at Eintracht Frankfurt would further prove they can be counted as genuine title contenders once again. The hosts have lost just once this season but home advantage may not be enough to save them if Bundesliga leaders Bayern are in the mood.

Paris Saint-Germain to beat Nice – 1.78

With the exception of a 1-1 draw at Reims, Paris Saint-Germain have been flawless so far as they bid to retain the Ligue 1 title. They beat Rennes 3-1 in their last league outing and a trip to mid-table Nice is unlikely to faze them. The hosts have already lost twice in Ligue 1 this term and there is little to suggest that a third defeat will be avoided against the champions.
