This weekend’s European football combo bet takes us to three destinations: Italy, Germany and England. We’ve picked out four games to help you with your sports betting this weekend. Check out the best online bets at Bet777.be for your chance to win big!
Inter vs Atalanta
Atalanta have not had the best start to their campaign, dropping points against both Bologna and Fiorentina in the opening three fixtures. They are yet to establish the form in front of goal that saw them finish as top goalscorers last season, a problem which Inter are not having.
The Champions have looked devastating going forward, netting three or more times in three games already, including a 6-1 thrashing of Bologna. Atalanta have not won at the iconic stadium since 2014, and with Dzeko and Martinez combining to devastating effect, it’s looking like a difficult task for a stumbling Atalanta side.
Inter win @ 2.05
Bayer Leverkusen vs Mainz
Leverkusen have started the season well, having only lost once thus far in a close tie against Dortmund. Patrik Schick has kicked on from his impressive Euros campaign, netting four times in five, whilst German youngster Florian Wirtz has flourished in behind the Czech striker. Wirtz has registered three goals and four assists in just four games and will play a major role in his side’s push towards the top of the table.
Mainz have looked strong defensively after keeping four clean sheets in five games, but the visitors have lost six out of the last seven meetings between these two sides. It will be a tough ask for Bo Svensson’s side to keep out this free-scoring Leverkusen team.
Bayer Leverkusen win @ 1.80
Everton vs Norwich
Even with the absence of Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Everton should have more than enough to see off a weak Norwich side. It seems to be the same story for the Canaries every time they venture back up into the Premier League. They look to play expansive and exciting football, but get found out at the back. They have already conceded 14 goals in four games and are yet to pick up a point.
Everton new boy Demarai Gray is relishing his opportunity back in England after a brief spell with Leverkusen and has already netted three times, just one goal off his most productive Premier League campaign. With the quality Rafa Benitez has at his disposal, Everton should dismantle this Norwich side.
Everton win @ 1.64
Hoffenheim vs Wolfsburg
Wolfsburg are hard to bet against at the moment after having won four out of their opening five games, conceding just twice along the way. As well as being hard to beat, Wout Weghorst looks set for another fine campaign in front of goal and Wolfsburg look promising to challenge the top four once again this season.
Hoffenheim have struggled after their opening day victory and have not won in their last four. Despite having a talented attacking line-up, they have yet to really get going. Wolfsburg look like they will be too strong for the home side.
Wolfsburg win @ 2.50
