Belgium can book their spot at the 2026 World Cup when they take on Kazakhstan this Saturday.
Rudi Garcia’s side are one point ahead of North Macedonia in Group J prior to kick-off, but this represents a game in hand for the Red Devils.
So a win would see them move four points clear with just one left to play, thus securing a spot at next summer’s football extravaganza in North America.
A memorable night for Belgium beckons, and we have previewed their latest clash below, picking out some sports betting online tips based on the latest football odds.
Kazakhstan vs Belgium Preview
Belgium are on a good run of form with four wins in five matches, most recently beating Wales 4-2 away from home.
The Red Devils remain unbeaten in this group, scoring 21 goals in six matches – with six of them coming against Kazakhstan in the reverse fixture.
That 6-0 defeat was one of four losses for Kazakhstan in Group J, and their hopes of World Cup qualification ended quite a while ago.
Kazakhstan’s sole victory came at home vs Liechtenstein (4-0), but their other two home matches saw them lose 1-0 to both North Macedonia and Wales.
So the onus is on Belgium to deliver a commanding performance at the Astana Arena, even without injured duo Romelu Lukaku and Kevin De Bruyne.
Garcia still has plenty of in-form players to pick from, including Leandro Trossard and Jeremy Doku – the latter of whom delivered a match-winning display for Manchester City vs Liverpool before the break.

Kazakhstan vs Belgium Betting Tips
Anytime goalscorer – Leandro Trossard @ 2.05
With Lukaku and De Bruyne unavailable for selection, more responsibility will be placed on the shoulders of Arsenal forward Trossard. The ex-Brighton ace scored a stunner vs Sunderland before jetting off for international duty, and was also on target in the aforementioned 4-2 win at Wales last month. So getting him at higher odds than evens here seems pretty darn good.
Anytime goalscorer – Jeremy Doku @ 2.40
Doku was the definition of unplayable in City’s 3-0 victory over Liverpool at the Etihad. The fleet-footed winger tormented Connor Bradley throughout the contest, and scored a fantastic goal to cap off a truly wonderful display. His personal confidence levels must be sky high right now, and the poor Kazakhstan defence may very well feel his wrath. Doku scored twice in the reverse fixture, and has three goals in his previous five international appearances. Backing him and Trossard to find the back of the net in a combo bet could be a wise move to make.
